To ensure every client has the best experience possible, please review my booking policy before scheduling.

Cancelling / Rescheduling

Please be aware that by booking online the FULL service amount is due! This secures your appointment! You will not owe anything when you come in to be serviced. There are no refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling is ok.

 

I ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to do so you will forfeit your initial payment & you’ll have to rebook by paying the full amount again. 

 

You will receive multiple texts messages to confirm your schedule appointment leading up to it. Please make sure to pay attention to them, incase you need to make changes. 

 

Please be on time for your appointment or contact me directly if you’ll be late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, depending on the service, you may have to reschedule, as I cannot be late for the next client.
